The Ķipēni Guesthouse is recently built and offers a modern and comfortable stay in the middle of the Ķipēni Estate. The views over Latvian hills, farmland and forest are stunning. The accommodation combines clean comfortable rooms, most with their own shower, with a modern shared kitchen and areas to unwind – all in a relaxed atmosphere. 

There are 8 bedrooms, 6 with their own bathrooms and 2 smaller rooms sharing one. Each room has generous windows for full appreciation of the surroundings and is decorated to a simple design – all with the accent on your stay being as comfortable as possible. 

There are two seating areas, one on the second floor with tea making facilities and a view down the hill over farmland and into forestry, for that gentle awakening over an early morning coffee. The ground floor also has comfortable chairs and is often used for relaxation over a glass at the end of a full day.

The Guest house enjoys a modern fully fitted kitchen for those who like to self-cater. For those who prefer some pampering, with notice we can arrange for catered breakfasts and dinners.
